1. Return Eligibility:
- Items purchased from The Marinello, whether online or in-store, are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition of Items:
- To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must not have been washed.
- The item must not have been worn.
- The item must not be damaged.
- All original tags must still be attached to the item.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items that were purchased on sale
- Any alcoholic products.
4. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs.
5. Return Shipping:
- Return shipping is not included. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
